 Northern Cape Urban TVET College is 1 of the 50 TVET Colleges in the country and 1 of the only 2 in the Northern cape province, mainly serving the Frances Baard and John Taole Gaetsewe districts in the province.

 In line with the College vision and mission, the programme qualification mix is responsive to industry demands, that will seek to address the economic needs of the area.

The Northern Cape Urban TVET College in partnership with Higher Health, the Department of health, Lifeline NC, Love Life NC, ABSA, and HCT Mobile held an STI and HIV awareness campaign on 21 February 2022 until 11 March 2022 at City, Moremogolo and Phatsimang Campuses.

 The stakeholders brought health services to the students, such as HIV and STI testing, pregnancy tests, and demonstrations on safe condom usage. Students were encouraged to participate in these programmes and make use of the services made available to them.
